ITINERARY
We will begin the day with pickup at a central meeting point in Cusco (previously coordinated) at 7:00 a.m. From there, we will head out in a comfortable private vehicle toward Cunyac Bridge, a fascinating destination located about two hours from Cusco. This bridge lies within one of the deepest canyons in the world, at an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level. Along the way, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Andean landscape, passing through picturesque valleys and mountains that create a truly breathtaking natural spectacle.
Upon arrival at Cunyac Bridge, we’ll stop to change and gear up for the activity. You’ll receive all the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and paddleboard. Our team of professional guides will be on hand to ensure every participant feels confident and ready for the adventure ahead.
We’ll then begin our thrilling descent down the river, a journey that will last approximately three hours. During the ride, you’ll navigate through Class I, II, and III rapids, each offering a unique challenge and excitement. The river also features calm sections where you can relax, take in the stunning scenery, and paddle at a leisurely pace.
Once we finish the paddleboarding experience, we’ll head to the nearby hot springs, where you can unwind in soothing thermal waters known for their healing and revitalizing properties. For those seeking even more adrenaline, there’s also the option to jump from a 25-meter (82-foot) rope swing (optional and available at an additional cost).
After a day full of excitement and relaxation, we’ll enjoy a delicious local lunch, perfect for recharging and sharing stories from the adventure. Finally, we’ll board our private transport back to Cusco, arriving between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m., depending on the group’s pace and traffic conditions.
This tour offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, connecting you with nature in its purest form and giving you a truly unique and enriching experience in the Andes.
